Terms of service

Encore Webinar is provided by VOOV Software, LLC. These terms describe use of encorewebinar.com and its webinar service. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. A separately signed agreement with a firm controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Accounts and use

Workspace access requires approval. Use your own authorized account, keep access credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not attempt to access another firm’s records, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

Firm content and responsibilities

Firms retain ownership of their content and authorize Encore and its service providers to store, process, and deliver it to operate the service. Firms are responsible for rights to their videos and materials, the accuracy of their presentations, required disclosures, attendee permissions, and their own regulatory review and recordkeeping obligations.

Encore provides recorded webinar technology and recordkeeping tools. It does not provide investment advice, approve financial promotions, or guarantee that using its features satisfies a firm’s legal or regulatory obligations. Hosts are responsible for their presentation content and responses to attendees.

Billing

Firm prices and billing intervals are agreed individually. Where recurring invoicing is arranged, Stripe issues invoices at that agreed price and interval. Payment terms appear on the invoice or the firm’s agreement. Billing status is managed separately from initial access approval. An overdue account may be suspended after its applicable grace period; any cancellation or price change follows the firm’s agreement.

Records and service access

Archive features and retention depend on the firm’s enabled configuration. A database snapshot is not immutable storage. Where S3 Governance retention is enabled, specially authorized administrators can override retention; it should not be described as non-overridable Compliance-mode storage. Firms should export any records they need before terminating service and arrange applicable retention or deletion requirements with us.

We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, unpaid invoices, or violations of these terms. Service features may change, and availability may be affected by maintenance or third-party providers.
